Yes. You can purchase everything including, engagement & dress rings, fine jewellery or gents’ rings using our secure checkout process.

Do you have a retail store where I can view the products shown on your website?

No, we do not have a physical retail store where you can view our products.  All our Exclusive Collection items are custom-made and manufactured upon placing an order, we therefore do not keep stock of any of these items. We do however have a pick-up point in Menlyn Corporate Park (Pretoria, South-Africa) if you would wish to collect your order in person (Prior arrangements must be made for this option).

Can I custom design an engagement ring?

Everallure can assist with any custom designed jewellery item including casual and high-fashion rings, wedding and engagement rings, earrings, pendants, gents wedding rings etc.  Our products are individually and specifically designed and hand-crafted according to each client’s exact needs.  Once a deposit (as indicated per Invoice) has been received and the design has been finalized, please allow 3-4 working weeks for the manufacturing process to be completed.  Rest assured - we will keep you updated on the progress every step of the way.

I'd like to place an international order. Do I pay customs fees to Everallure Jewellery or to DHL?

Currently, Everallure Jewellery is not collecting taxes on your behalf.  The tax amount should be paid to DHL upon delivery.

How do I find my ring size?

It is always the best option to have your ring size measured by a consultant or jeweller at a jewellery store. Jewellery stores offer this service free of charge.

Can my ring be re-sized?

It is of utmost importance to measure your ring size as accurately as possible. It is always best to have your ring size measured by a consultant or jeweller at a jewellery store.  We know finding out the exact size for an engagement ring and yet keeping it a secret is never an easy task.  It is however possible to re-size the ring if the size is a bit loose or too snug. Normally rings can be sized up to one or one and a half sizes bigger and two sizes smaller. Please keep in mind that the integrity of the ring gets compromised for each sizing. It is also possible that a slightly different colour line may appear when re-sizing a ring, as the solder used is usually differently alloyed for it to melt at a lower temperature. We would suggest limiting resizing to a maximum of two times within the ring’s lifetime.

Some Gemstones are not able to handle excessive heat or tension when re-sizing, and we may have to remove the stones beforehand.  Therefore, your re-sizing fee will depend on the amount of labour required for the sizing and what colour and carat metal your ring is made of.  We will confirm the costing of the re-sizing before proceeding with the re-sizing.  Some metals cannot be resized such as Titanium, Tungsten Carbide, Carbon Fiber, Wood, Zirconium, etc.

What happens when my ring is re-sized?

During the resize process a small amounts of metal will be added or removed to increase or decrease the size of your ring.  As a result, the product may be slightly thicker or thinner when the sizing has been completed. This is a minor difference and may or may not be discernible to you.  Your resized ring will be inspected by quality assurance to ensure that our high standards are met and that your ring has been fitted to the size that you need.

Can you engrave my ring?

Yes, we can add engraving to your ring at an additional cost quoted and charged separately.  This customized service must be arranged with Everallure Jewellery directly: enquiries@everallurejewellery.com / christel@everallurejewellery.com

Will there be carat stamps or hallmarks inside my ring?

Your ring will be stamped with the metal type 9ct, 18ct or Platinum and the "ZA" hallmark.
